  • Service Malfunction: If there is a significant failure or malfunction in our service that prevents you from using it as intended, and we are unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt.

2. Refund Exclusions

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to use our services after they have been delivered or once the service has commenced.
